Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of 3–4 multifamily communities in the Dallas market. As Regional Property Manager, you will have direct responsibility for the success of your portfolio and the people who operate it. You'll partner closely with Community Managers, onsite teams, accounting, and corporate leadership to strengthen occupancy, control expenses, improve property performance, and deliver an exceptional resident experience.

What You Will Do

Provide leadership and operational oversight for a portfolio of 3–4 multifamily communities. Lead, coach, mentor, and develop Community Managers and onsite teams to achieve strong performance. Monitor occupancy, leasing activity, renewals, resident retention, delinquency, and other key performance indicators.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of successful Regional Property Manager experience
  • At least 3 years of multifamily property management experience
  • Demonstrated success overseeing multiple multifamily communities
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, develop, and hold property teams accountable
  • Strong understanding of multifamily financial statements, budgeting, expense management, and property-level financial performance
  • Experience driving occupancy, revenue growth, resident retention, and operational results
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and take appropriate action
  • Excellent communication, leadership, training, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to balance strategic oversight with a willingness to become hands-on when circumstances require it
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and communities simultaneously
  • Proficiency with Yardi or similar property management software
  • Professional presence and a commitment to exceptional customer service
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
