Job Description
Regency Centers is seeking a full-time Regional Property Manager to join their Tampa, Florida office. The Senior Regional Property Manager will be responsible for managing property operations and maintenance of an assigned portfolio of retail shopping center properties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field
  • At least 5 years of property management experience, including experience managing a team
  • Retail property management experience (shopping centers or malls)
  • Ability to travel within the region
  • Quantitative and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of GAAP, leasing, contracts, and industry-related terminology
  • Intermediate level proficiency with current Microsoft Office software (specifically Excel), email and Internet research functionality
