Role OverviewThe Regional Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of properties in a multi-state region. This includes evaluating staffing needs, hiring and terminating staff, and ensuring properties operate within set budgets. The RPM will also take a lead role in developing budgets and ensuring properties meet company standards.
What You Will Do
The RPM will oversee the day-to-day operations of properties, provide weekly updates, ensure Community Managers are utilizing OneSite efficiently, train staff on Facilities capability, and develop a calendar of inspections. The RPM will also visit properties regularly, review maintenance issues, and work with National Compliance Managers to address compliance issues.

- 75% travel required to visit all properties

- Familiarity with clerical practices, office procedures, and automated equipment

- Ability to perform assigned tasks with reasonable speed and accuracy
- Must be a self-starter and self-motivated
- A proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service.
