Role OverviewThe Regional Quality Manager will lead the quality effort for a regional set of sites, adding value and expertise in flexible film and paper packaging converting areas. The role requires 60% travel to domestic locations.

The role involves leading quality initiatives, interacting with manufacturing, sales, and design teams, vendors, and customers, and driving results in quality manufacturing. The Regional Quality Manager will also create documentation, review product testing data, and lead cross-functional efforts related to product quality.

Requirements
- Quality Management experience in flexible films manufacturing and converting
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and FSSC 22000 (Food Safety)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Desire to drive improvements (project management / leadership experience)
- Results oriented with the capability of balancing multiple tasks and priorities
- MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Able to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages, measurement, volume and rate.
- REASONING ABILITY: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
