Role OverviewJoin our infrastructure team to lead and grow our rail engineering services across a designated region in the United States. As a Regional Director of Rail, you will oversee and manage the overall rail-related business within the region, develop and implement strategic plans to expand our rail engineering services, and build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities include ensuring project delivery meets high quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints, leading and mentoring a team of engineers and project managers, and collaborating with other regional directors and corporate leadership to align with company-wide objectives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Railway Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Professional Engineering (PE) license required
- Minimum 10 years of experience in rail engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of successful project management and business development
- Strong understanding of rail infrastructure, systems, and regulatory environment in the US
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
