Job Description
Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Regional Recruiting Manager for the Bay Area and Northern California. This role focuses on recruiting and managing a team of Recruiters and Talent Acquisition Specialists, sourcing qualified applicants for Security Professional positions within an ATS (iCIMS) system. The Manager will ensure successful recruitment, onboarding, and compliance of the recruitment process. This is a full-time, office-based position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
  • 2+ years of management experience in a service related private sector organization
  • 4+ years of recruiting experience in a high volume, full-life cycle environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and all available office management technology
  • Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
