Job Description
The Regional Resource Manager will support efforts for the Marine Corps Enterprise Network (MCEN) Program, leading a robust customer engagement plan and recruitment strategy, providing IT infrastructure and application infrastructure life-cycle technical support, and managing subcontractors and partners.

Requirements

  • Prior people leadership experience with the ability to drive successful completion of projects and deliverables
  • Proven track record achieving maximum award fee and on-contract growth
  • Strong performance in government contracting, particularly related to financial aspects and standard business practices
  • Successful experience running either staff augmentation contracts, or CLINS with a LOE usage
  • Excellent understanding of CPFF and FFP contracts
  • 5+ years managing LCATs on a government contract
  • Proven experience with resource planning, labor category requirements, and requisition development
  • Ability to travel 50%
  • U.S. citizen with a DoD Secret security clearance or higher
  • Geographically based to region supported
