Job Description
Flock Safety is looking to hire a Regional Sales Director, Public Sector to build and lead a team of Regional Account Executives. The Director must live in Texas and be comfortable traveling into field 2-3x a month.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years as a successful Enterprise or Mid Market sales leadership experience
  • Consistent performance in areas such as: ARR bookings, Pipeline Generation, Forecasting, Deal strategy/Execution, and SFDC administration
  • Able to work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Project Management, Marketing and Sales Operations
