Role OverviewLead regional sales team to drive profitable growth, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure operational excellence across the Mid-Atlantic South, Southeast, and Southcentral regions. Partner with General Manager to drive regional sales performance and customer engagement.
What You Will Do
Coach and develop high-performing sales professionals, drive accountability to KPIs and OKRs, and foster a culture centered on growth, customer intimacy, and exceptional service delivery. Represent the company at industry events, customer meetings, and executive-level engagements.

Requirements
- 10+ years of sales, account management, or business development experience
- Proven experience managing, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams
- Strong understanding of consultative selling principles, prospecting strategies, account retention, and customer relationship management
- Demonstrated ability to drive accountability and performance through metrics, coaching, and process management
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time management abilities with attention to detail
- Experience with CRM platforms and sales reporting tools; familiarity with Oracle CX, Salesforce, or similar systems preferred
