Join Idahoan Foods as Regional Sales Director, Retail - West and lead regional sales strategies to achieve volume, profit, and distribution objectives. Develop and execute annual sales plans, lead customer engagement and broker performance, and drive growth through revenue management and category insights.

Requirements

  • A degree from an accredited college/university
  • 8-10 years’ experience in the CPG industry
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to organize and analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Self-confidence and maturity to make decisions and solve problems
  • Flexibility and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
