Job Description
We are seeking a Regional Sales Lead for Americas to drive end-to-end revenue across Tier 1 banks, capital markets firms, FMIs, and large corporates. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex procurement cycles, multi-stakeholder engagement, and high-value negotiations.
Requirements
Demonstrable sales leadership experience at Senior Director level or above
Strong track record selling financial-services infrastructure into Tier 1 banks, capital markets firms, or FMIs.
Proven enterprise closing ability across direct and partner-led motions.
Experience generating revenue through system integrators and platform partners (core banking, TMS, trading/markets platforms).
Deep payments knowledge (wholesale, settlement finality, cross-border complexity).
US and Canada experience and existing senior relationships at major US/Canada institutions.
Regional quota ownership with disciplined forecasting and execution.
