Job Description
We are seeking a Regional Sales Lead for Americas to drive end-to-end revenue across Tier 1 banks, capital markets firms, FMIs, and large corporates. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex procurement cycles, multi-stakeholder engagement, and high-value negotiations.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable sales leadership experience at Senior Director level or above
  • Strong track record selling financial-services infrastructure into Tier 1 banks, capital markets firms, or FMIs.
  • Proven enterprise closing ability across direct and partner-led motions.
  • Experience generating revenue through system integrators and platform partners (core banking, TMS, trading/markets platforms).
  • Deep payments knowledge (wholesale, settlement finality, cross-border complexity).
  • US and Canada experience and existing senior relationships at major US/Canada institutions.
  • Regional quota ownership with disciplined forecasting and execution.
