Job Description
We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Regional Sales Manager for the Great Plains USA Market to lead demand creation and product expertise for our sales organization within the Electrical Connections business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field from an accredited institution or applicable outside sales experience.
  • 5+ years outside sales and/or territory sales management working in the commercial or industrial space with electrical products.
  • Ability to remotely work from a home office and travel on average 60% of the time throughout the sales region of CO, IA, KS, NE, MO, Southern IL, and Eastern WY, with overnight trips expected.
  • Strong teamwork, strategic thinking, and execution capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with an ability to communicate confidently with both technically trained and non-technical customers.
  • Strong preference for technical sales and value-based selling skills.
  • Commercial and contractor sales knowledge.
  • High-level organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Coachable with a strong focus on career growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
