Job Description
Seaman Corporation is seeking a Regional Sales Manager - Canada to lead the long-term growth and market expansion of the FiberTite Roofing Systems business throughout Canada. This role requires a highly strategic mindset focused on market development, channel strategy, specification growth, team building, and identifying the product and system enhancements necessary to meet the unique environmental and performance demands of the Canadian roofing industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management or a related degree with 10 or more years related experience in roofing industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Prior experience and demonstrated success leading people, developing talent and achieving results through others.
  • Prior National Sales Account Management experience and/or Regional Sales Manager experience a plus.
