Requirements

  • Develop and execute joint partner business plans
  • Achieve/exceed established target revenues and gross margin
  • Review and understand market and industry factors
  • Become knowledgeable on all Crestron Commercial Lighting products
  • Deliver product and sales training with partners
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities with partners
  • Maintain accurate and timely account records
  • Inform management of issues and trends
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key accounts
  • Increase Crestron as basis of design specifications
  • Manage agent sales force
  • Write, implement and track a well-prepared sales plan
  • Make group presentations
  • Travel up to 60% within assigned territory
