Job Description
Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead regional sales teams, develop new business relationships, and expand current customer relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales goals, developing new product ideas, and ensuring process improvement, customer satisfaction, and on-time delivery.

Requirements

  • Manage and direct regional area's sales teams
  • Develop and execute regional marketing and sales strategies
  • Oversee coordination of scheduling and production with local plants
  • Build a strong sales team and develop high-caliber sales talent
  • Identify and solicit new customers and establish buying cycles
  • Negotiate sales agreements and close contracts
  • Conduct sales forecasts, determine price quotes, and maintain sales agreements
  • Resolve escalated customer service issues
  • Develop, maintain, and analyze sales data and reports
