Job Description
Provide sales, service, and technical support for distributors and end users in the Southeast territories, develop and implement territory sales strategies, and foster relationships with existing and new customers.

Requirements

  • Develop and implement territory sales strategies
  • Foster relationships with existing and new customers
  • Meet sales and expense budget objectives
  • Direct the tactical execution of conceptual sales strategies
  • Develop, train, and grow the distribution base in the Southeast Territory
  • Support outside customer sales processes/inquiries
  • Develop industry expertise in the designated assigned market
  • Maximize sales potential in assigned territory
  • Foster and develop quality relationships with new customer accounts
  • Manage profit margins within company guidelines
  • Utilize company leads to expand the current customer base
  • Maintain updated, organized files on all accounts in the assigned territory
  • Complete and submit daily sales reports on account activity
  • Provide input to Marketing for demand generation activities
  • Support e-commerce build-out as we develop our go-to-market launch
  • Strong technical knowledge of company products
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively at management and hourly maintenance levels
  • Knowledge of manufacturing process flow
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage rapidly changing priorities
