Requirements

Sales Management Experience: While not required, 3+ years of experience managing a territory, region, and sales team is highly preferred.
Sales Experience: 5+ years in B2B sales, with a proven track record of managing existing accounts, as well as cold-calling, appointment setting, and grassroots efforts to generate new business (experience in equipment rental, HVAC, or related industries is not required).
Expert Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Technology Proficient: Must be adept at using our CRM tools, tablets, and company provided hardware.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with HVAC or mechanical equipment is not required but is a plus.
On-Going Education: Must demonstrate a strong desire to understand companies' equipment, its functionality across diverse environments, and its limitations, applying this expertise to provide tailored customer solutions.
