Requirements
Lead a team of Sales Representatives within an assigned region selling products to different market segments
Develop forecasts, set sales targets, and ensure those targets are met by Sales Representatives within the assigned region
Expansion into new markets and new customer bases via commercial opportunities and new product launch projects
