Role OverviewSupporting the digital transformation of the construction industry by implementing new business sales strategies and managing the sales process from initial prospecting to securing orders. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, forecasting and reporting on sales activity, and working closely with the Managing and Commercial Directors to ensure product and commercial offering is suitable for continued growth and sales.
What You Will Do
Develop and implement sales strategies for the whole region, forecast and report on sales activity, generate new business through lead generation, take ownership for sales within the region and portfolio of key accounts, and manage the sales process from initial prospecting to securing orders.

Requirements
- A thorough understanding of the sales/key account process
- Minimum of five years' successful/construction or key account experience
- Proven track record of business development at all levels
- Strong sales and presentation skills
- Solid understanding of the business and its strategy
- Experience of developing and owning account plans
- Commercially aware with total business orientation
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong negotiation, commercial and analytical skills
- High degree of numeracy, computer literacy and ability with Excel, PowerPoint
