Job Description
Gates is a leading manufacturer of application-specific fluid power and power transmission solutions. We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead a team of sales professionals and drive sales growth and market penetration in the Southwest Region. This role will involve developing strategic plans, managing sales teams, and building relationships with customers and channel partners.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional work experience
  • 5+ years of management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field (business, engineering, finance, e.g.)
  • Leadership skills with a proven track record in managing sales and cross-functional teams
  • Interpersonal skills and the ability to develop talent within the Region
  • Basic knowledge of Power Transmission or Fluid Power products
