Job Description
The Regional Sales Manager will shape sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and manage existing customer accounts. Responsibilities include executing Rep training, preparing sales materials, and executing the sales process to close new orders.

Requirements

  • Meets or exceeds quarterly and annual sales objectives
  • Demonstrates and sells products/services using product knowledge
  • Develops and executes a comprehensive sales strategy
  • Cultivates and maintains strong customer relationships
  • Management and Training of Sales Representatives
  • Management of current customers for customer satisfaction
  • Prepares sales materials, presentations, and quotations
  • Conducts sales calls and project management
  • Coordinates Evaluations, Demos, and open issue resolution
  • Orders Machines from HQ and order entry process execution
  • Communication with Headquarters
  • Ability to travel domestic and international
