Job Description
SmartLab is seeking a Regional Sales & Partnership Manager to lead the full sales cycle for K-12 education customers in Texas. The role involves forging mission-driven partnerships with foundations, corporations, and social impact organizations to expand access to STEM education. Success will be measured by exceeding sales targets, identifying new opportunities, and managing a strategic partnership portfolio.
Requirements
Achieve and exceed annual sales targets in assigned territory.
Identify and qualify new school and district opportunities through research, outreach, and relationship-building.
Collaborate with the Business Development team to follow through on leads.
Guide prospects through the full sales process.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and customer records in Salesforce.
Foster strong relationships with existing clients.
Travel up to 30% to meet prospects, attend conferences, and other events.
Perform administrative duties including tracking sales activities.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
