Job Description
SmartLab is seeking a Regional Sales & Partnership Manager to lead the full sales cycle for K-12 education customers in Texas. The role involves forging mission-driven partnerships with foundations, corporations, and social impact organizations to expand access to STEM education. Success will be measured by exceeding sales targets, identifying new opportunities, and managing a strategic partnership portfolio.

Requirements

  • Achieve and exceed annual sales targets in assigned territory.
  • Identify and qualify new school and district opportunities through research, outreach, and relationship-building.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to follow through on leads.
  • Guide prospects through the full sales process.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and customer records in Salesforce.
  • Foster strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Travel up to 30% to meet prospects, attend conferences, and other events.
  • Perform administrative duties including tracking sales activities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
