Job Description
SmartLab is seeking a Regional Sales & Partnership Manager to lead the full sales cycle for K-12 education customers in Texas. The role involves building relationships with educational organizations, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding access to STEM education. The manager will be responsible for data management, pipeline development, and outreach to generate leads and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

  • Achieve and exceed annual sales targets in assigned territory.
  • Identify and qualify new school and district opportunities through research, outreach, and relationship-building.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team and follow through on leads.
  • Guide prospects through the sales process and maintain accurate sales pipeline data.
  • Represent SmartLab at regional conferences and events.
  • Identify strategic partnerships with corporations, foundations, and nonprofits.
