Regional Sales Representative - Architectural

As a Regional Sales Representative - Architectural, you will play a pivotal role in growing our market presence across your assigned territory by developing strategic partnerships with architects, designers, developers, contractors, and façade consultants.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining strong relationships with architects, designers, owners, developers, general contractors, glazing contractors, and façade consultants across the assigned region, driving products into the basis of design (BOD) on targeted projects, and establishing and managing key regional accounts.

We are looking for someone with 7+ years' sales, specification, or business development experience in architectural products, façade systems, building envelope, or related industries, and a degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or equivalent industry experience.

Requirements

• 7+ years' sales, specification, or business development experience in architectural products, façade systems, building envelope, or related industries
• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or equivalent industry experience
• Proven success securing specifications and converting opportunities into project sales
• Experience working with architects, designers, glazing contractors, general contractors, and developers
• Strong ability to build relationships, identify opportunities, and deliver commercial results
• Technical aptitude to interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Experience developing territory plans, managing pipelines, and achieving sales targets
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
