Job Description
Zephyr, a platform of local home services brands, seeks a Regional Sales & Service Trainer to champion field and classroom development. This pivotal role involves partnering with technicians, project managers, and leaders to embed the Zephyr Sales and Service Systems, driving consistent performance and exceptional customer experience. The trainer will lead transformative training sessions, develop frontline talent, and support Zephyr's mission of delivering world-class service at scale.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in residential HVAC, plumbing, or electrical as a technician, project manager, or trainer
  • Demonstrated success in a sales-driven or performance-based environment
  • Expert proficiency in ServiceTitan, Conduit Tech, PowerPoint, and public speaking
  • Experience leading or facilitating training programs, including ride-alongs and classroom sessions
  • Comfortable with travel (up to 70% within the assigned region)
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence across departments and locations
  • Passionate about developing people, holding high standards, and living the Zephyr mission
  • Familiarity with industry best-practices networks (e.g., Nexstar, Service Nation)
  • Prior experience with multi-location businesses or PE-backed platforms
  • Proficiency with ServiceTitan, Conduit Tech, and similar tools
