Job Description
Regional Service Delivery Manager to support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Transportation Security Administration (TSA) program in Springfield, VA, supporting the TSA Office of Information Technology (OIT) Northeast End User Services Division (EUSD) region.

Requirements

  • Serves as the primary point of contact for IT service delivery across TSA Northeast region
  • Organizes, directs, and manages regional IT support personnel to ensure consistent, high-quality service aligned with TSA mission priorities
  • Coordinates with TSA leadership and stakeholders to manage escalations, monitor performance, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with contract requirements
