Role OverviewThe Regional Sr Integrated Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, managing, and executing cohesive multi-channel marketing strategies across 3–4 divisions to drive community awareness and customer engagement. This role will serve as the strategic link between division presidents, regional marketing leaders, sales executives, corporate digital marketing functions and local division field teams, ensuring divisional sales goals are met with alignment across digital advertising, content, events, field marketing, and partner initiatives.
What You Will Do
Support the Integrated Marketing Manager, lead the development of strategic creative briefs, oversee the execution and management of the integrated marketing calendar, oversee and guide the development and localization of marketing assets, lead and partner with National strategy teams, and lead, enforce and uphold brand consistency.

Requirements
- Bachelor of Science or Arts degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in home building, real estate, marketing or consumer-facing industries
