Job Description
Regional Technology Services Supervisor needed for global law firm in Chicago. Responsible for providing technical support, leading teams, and overseeing IT projects.

Requirements

  • Hands-on technical support experience in a Microsoft environment
  • Supervisory/lead experience in a service desk/desktop support or site support function
  • Demonstrated experience managing ticket workflows and meeting SLAs across a multi-office environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 3–5 years in a Microsoft environment; medium to large environment preferred
  • 1–3 years of supervisory or team lead experience in IT support or site services
