Job Description
Bierman Autism Centers is looking for a Regional Trainer to oversee their NJ centers, responsible for training and mentoring new Behavior Technicians in delivering ABA therapy for young children with autism. The Regional Trainer will implement new hire onboarding, deliver training content, and evaluate new hire performance.

Requirements

  • Safety Care Trainer certified
  • CPR Trainer certified
  • Become a RBT and maintain certification
  • Demonstrated skills and experience in providing training in behavior analytic principles
  • Ability to lift and carry clients who are least 30 pounds
  • Ability to restrain/hold/transport and utilize quick body movements as indicated in the Behavior Support Plan in the course of working with children with challenging behavior
  • Ability to travel to multiple locations
  • Ability to assume and maintain a variety of postures including kneeling, squatting, crouching, crawling, sitting, standing, bending, for extended periods of time.
