Job Description
The Regional Training Specialist will facilitate training and development needs for the Las Vegas Region, designing and developing instructional material and courses for Caesars Entertainment employees. The role requires effective needs analysis, project management, and evaluation skills, as well as the ability to conduct career discussions and recommend improvements to training programs.

Requirements

  • Conducts employee, supervisor and management training and development programs.
  • Conducts needs analysis to determine specialized training needs on property.
  • Monitors and evaluates the progress and effectiveness of training and development programs and makes recommendations for improvement.
  • Designs and produces training aids and support material.
  • Develops technical job skills and customer service training.
  • Works with departments to ensure all training materials are accurate and well maintained.
  • Advises and assists with design of instructional systems to facilitate department needs.
  • Functions as an internal consultant to assist management in the analysis and identification of organizational issues and development.
  • Effectively represents Caesars Entertainment to groups of employees, applicants, counterparts in the industry, management and outside organizations as needed.
