Job Description
Merchants Insurance Group is seeking a Regional Underwriting Supervisor for our Commercial Lines Underwriting team. The Regional Underwriting Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day workflow, assist in implementing workflow improvements, and ensure team adherence to established processes. The role requires 5-7 years of commercial underwriting experience, supervisory experience, and strong technical underwriting skills.

Requirements

  • 4-year degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5-7 years commercial underwriting experience
  • Previous supervisory or management experience
  • Property and Casualty insurance related coursework
  • Previous Agency relationships within the local insurance industry
