Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical veterinary experience
- Active veterinary license in good standing or ability to obtain Virginia licensure
- Leadership or multi-site oversight experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and veterinary expertise
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Operational and financial understanding
