United Franchise Group is seeking a Regional Vice President - Franchise Sales to drive growth across their assigned region in California. The role requires building relationships with prospective franchisees, leading sales efforts, and acting as a key ambassador for multiple franchise brands. This position offers the opportunity to lead regional business development and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Success is measured by franchise sales growth, partner engagement, and overall regional performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of business ownership, outside transactional sales experience, or related field.
  • Strong CRM proficiency and pipeline management.
  • Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and willingness to travel up to 50%.
  • Proficient in MS Office and general computer skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, with a credit card for work expenses.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
