This role focuses on leading a team of District Sales Managers, building sales pipelines, and exceeding revenue targets while cultivating strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned sales leader with proven execution skills and a commitment to teamwork.
Requirements
Experience and knowledge of SaaS-based architectures, ideally in a networking and/or security industry
Significant success as a proven second-line leader with experience in leading field-based sales teams
Highly driven individual with an execution focus and a strong sense of urgency
Track record of consistently delivering revenue numbers and goals
Excellent at influencing others, both externally and internally
Ability to successfully manage significant client escalations and issues
Excellent at communicating effectively and building consensus
