Job Description
The Regional Vice President of Operations is a key executive leadership role responsible for overseeing and supporting the operational performance, financial success, compliance, and strategic direction of a multifamily property portfolio.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Property Management, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 10+ years of progressive multifamily property management experience, including oversight of large portfolios and leadership teams.
Proven experience managing Class A, B, value-add, conventional, affordable, or mixed-use multifamily assets preferred.
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and NOI growth strategies.
Extensive knowledge of multifamily operations, Fair Housing compliance, and industry best practices.
Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with property management software platforms such as Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, or similar systems.
