Role OverviewThe Regional Vice President, Operations (RVP) leads a portfolio of regional offices within a division, owning full P&L performance, operational execution, and leadership development across the region. This is a hands-on, field-facing operating role in the restoration industry.

Job duties include operational & financial leadership, sales & customer growth, leadership & talent development, safety, quality & compliance, and execution of company initiatives.

Requirements
- 10 years of progressive operations leadership experience, including multi-unit or multi-site P&L ownership
- 5 years in restoration, construction, facilities services, or a related service industry
- Demonstrated success leading leaders -- hiring, developing, and holding accountable GM-level or equivalent talent
- Strong financial acumen (P&L management, WIP, job costing, margin management, and collections)
- Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned region (up to 50--60%)
