Job Description
Ashley, the #1 Mattress and Furniture retailer in North America, is seeking a Regional Visual Presentation Manager to develop a consistent presence and direct communication with Visual Designers in their areas. The ideal candidate will ensure the showroom meets AGR standards for guest readiness and collaborate with VPM's in concept development, planning, and implementation of creative display projects.

Requirements

  • Intimate knowledge of AGR showroom tactical processes, proper lighting and furniture staging techniques, and specific understanding of the various furniture styles/categories.
  • Maintains a consistent in-person store visit with each store in the district to ensure store presentation is properly executed for guest readiness.
  • Provides structure, trains, and develops the stores Visual Designers in their area to ensure the Visual Designers' performance and enhance their opportunity for growth.
