Role Overview

Regional Wealth Managers plan, coordinate and supervise the activities of Wealth Management Teams across multiple markets and geographies, including profitability and sales; creating an atmosphere of integrity, professionalism, quality and exceptional client service.

What You Will Do

Manages multidisciplinary wealth teams, establishes sales goals and strategies, and assesses unit's performance against set goals. Develops systems and tools to monitor actual results against goals.

Responsible for maintaining corporate standards for regulatory compliance, risk management policies and internal financial and operational controls. Develops centers of influence, and participates in community and civic organizations to promote goodwill and generate new business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field
  • 10 years of related experience in Private Banking or Wealth Management
  • 7 years of management experience
  • Series 24; Series 7; Series 66 or Series 65 and Series 63
  • Life and Health licenses for the state(s) where business is conducted
  • Advanced communication, presentation and training skills
  • Advanced client service, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products
