Job Description
Our Global Wellbeing (GW) Team is responsible for the development, implementation and measurement of global wellbeing programs for all T&S teams. This is a terrific opportunity to work with a variety of internal teams to provide scalable physical and psychological health solutions, and make strong impacts on the company's growth and the wellbeing of its people.

Requirements

  • Post-graduate degree or equivalent professional qualifications in psychology, behavioural science or another relevant health behaviour field.
  • 3 years of experience in supporting evidence-based health and wellbeing programs and initiatives in a corporate context.
  • Solid working knowledge of business operations metrics and structure.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience providing consultancy on complex topics to a range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
