What You Will Do
Travel between communities 80+% of the time; flexibility in scheduling is essential. Support, coach, and mentor Wellness Leaders to effectively lead their teams and uphold company standards.

Requirements
- LPN/RN License Required
- Previous Regional/leadership and supervisory experience in healthcare settings.

- Problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate and resolve complex, variable situations.
