Role OverviewThe Regional Director of Clinical Operations oversees clinical and wellness operations across multiple senior living communities. This role supports Wellness Leaders in maintaining compliance, delivering quality care, and building strong teams.
What You Will Do
Travel between communities 80% of the time, support and coach Wellness Leaders, ensure communities are in compliance with state-specific regulations and company policies, and promote company culture across all communities.

Requirements
- LPN/RN License Required
- Previous Regional/leadership and supervisory experience in healthcare settings
- Passion and compassion for working with the senior population, particularly those affected by Alzheimer’s and dementia
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present to groups and collaborate across multiple teams
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate and resolve complex, variable situations
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks in senior living or healthcare
- Ability to travel extensively and adapt to changing schedules and priorities
