Role OverviewThe Registrar plays a vital role in managing and maintaining accurate student records, ensuring compliance with district and organizational requirements. This position is responsible for enrollment, graduation, and withdrawal processes, tracking attendance, and maintaining academic records.
What You Will Do
Process new student enrollments, facilitate orientation sessions, request and evaluate transcripts, assign courses, track attendance, update course schedules, maintain permanent student records, convert grades and credits, track state-mandated testing records, conduct grade reporting audits, assist students with college applications, and provide administrative support.

Requirements
- Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience managing student records or in a related role preferred
- Foundational knowledge of enrollment and registrar processes required
- Familiarity with non-traditional educational settings or alternative learning environments
