Job Description
The NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) seeks a Registration Assistant for the Division of Administration and Internal Compliance (AIC). The role involves processing payments, data entry, and customer service, with a focus on property registration and compliance with the Housing Maintenance Code. The selected candidate will work in a hybrid role, serving two areas within HPD.
Requirements
High school graduation or equivalent
Three years of experience in community work or community centered activities
Excellent analytical ability & research skills
Strong Customer Service Focus
Excellent verbal, writing and computer skills
Bilingual a Plus -Spanish Preferred
