Job Description
The Registration Supervisor assists in the management of all operations within the Revenue Cycle, including staff management, operational processes, and programmatic services. This is a working supervision position that involves interviewing patients, accurate insurance coding, problem solving operational issues, and maintaining accurate census.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent of 3 years of relevant experience in a Lead / Supervisory or Management level role and/or healthcare experience
  • 4-8 years of relevant experience preferred in a healthcare setting, existing revenue cycle department or customer service role
  • Ability to work in multiple systems for assigned tasks, management and reporting
  • Strong problem-solving and presentation skills
  • High level of customer service skills
