Role OverviewLead Regulatory Affairs at PGI Foods, overseeing regulatory programs to ensure products meet FDA, USDA, customer, and industry requirements. Partner with Quality, R&D, Operations, Purchasing, Sales, and Marketing to bring innovative products to market while maintaining compliance and food safety.
What You Will Do
As Regulatory Affairs Manager, you'll lead regulatory compliance programs, review and approve nutrition facts panels, ingredient statements, and food labels, ensure compliance with FDA and USDA requirements, and manage product setup and maintenance within internal systems and customer databases.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in food manufacturing, regulatory affairs, quality assurance, or a related technical field
- 2+ years of experience managing food labeling, nutrition facts panels, ingredient statements, and regulatory documentation
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of FDA & USDA regulations, HACCP, SQF, GMPs, and SOPs
- Experience reviewing food labels, packaging artwork, and regulatory claims
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and nutrition analysis/compliance software
