Job Description
The Regulatory Analyst III (Workers’ Compensation Investigator) conducts investigations to ensure employer compliance with workers’ compensation coverage requirements, including on-site inspections and complex investigations. This role requires a thorough knowledge of compliance and liability provisions of the Workers’ Compensation Law and the ability to perform physical activities in various outdoor weather conditions.

Requirements

  • Four years of investigative or regulatory experience
  • Licensed to operate a motor vehicle
  • Ability to perform physical activities such as climbing stairs and/or walking on uneven/unlevel grounds
  • Post-secondary degree from an accredited college or university
