Job Description
AVER is a fast-growing SDVOSB seeking a Regulatory Compliance Analyst to support the Department of Homeland Security by examining petitions, case files, and supporting documents submitted by schools seeking certification to educate non-immigrant students.

Requirements

  • Examine petitions, case files, and supporting documents submitted by schools seeking certification
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of schools to determine whether they meet requirements outlined in 8 CFR 214.3 and other relevant federal regulations
  • Identify areas of concern, or non-conformance and make well-supported recommendations for adjudication
