Job Description
We are looking for a Regulatory Compliance Specialist to assist in ensuring compliance with current and upcoming renewable fuel regulations, including the Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS), various Low Carbon Fuel Programs (LCFS), and the Canadian Clean Fuels Regulations (CFR). The ideal candidate will have knowledge of regulatory compliance and reporting related to the production and sales of renewable transportation fuels such as ethanol, biodiesel or renewable diesel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's level college degree or equivalent in engineering, science, technology, business, statistics, mathematics, environmental policy, economics, or financial auditing
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and reporting related to the production and sales of renewable transportation fuels such as ethanol, biodiesel or renewable diesel
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant RFS, LCFS or CFR compliance experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Strong verbal, written, analytical, organizational skills
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and propose solutions
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet strict daily deadlines
  • Extremely thorough and detail oriented
