What You Will Do
Manage the lifecycle of organizational policies, procedures, forms, and controlled documents from creation through approval, revision, publication, and retention. Maintain document control processes in accordance with ISO 9001 and organizational standards.

Requirements
- Associates degree in related field of study or equivalent experience
- 2 years’ experience in document control
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements, DNV NIAHO accreditation, CMS CoPs, certification and other regulatory and licensing standards
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, document formatting, and processing
- Visual acuity
- Ability to sit up to 5 hours daily and lift to 25 pounds
