Role Overview

As a Regulatory/Financial Reporting Representative, you will help ensure the accurate and timely preparation, validation, and submission of regulatory filings that support key reporting obligations across multiple federal agencies. You'll collaborate with partners across Operations, Finance, Treasury, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and business lines while helping drive data quality, reporting integrity, governance, and regulatory readiness.

What You Will Do

Prepare, review, validate, and support submission of regulatory reports and filings. Gather and analyze WCIBO-related data used in bank-wide regulatory reporting processes. Investigate and resolve reporting discrepancies while maintaining strong data quality controls.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Typically five or more years of experience in regulatory compliance activities
  • Regulatory reporting experience within financial services, capital markets, securities, custody, or banking operations.
  • Knowledge of securities products, including bonds and related reporting requirements.
  • Some knowledge of government and regulatory laws and regulations.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience interacting with regulators or supporting regulatory examinations.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis.
  • SharePoint administration or site management experience.
  • Experience interpreting regulatory guidance and translating requirements into operational processes.
